Interested in a crossfit workout?

At CrossFit Seek Blacktown, everyone can complete a fitness class; regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. Before you get started, feel free to check out our Top 5 Things To Know Before Starting CrossFit blog post.

Our 50 minute CrossFit Class will typically run as follows:

workout explanation

The Coach will start the class by explaining the workout; breaking down the movements, identifying the stimulus of the workout. Scalable movement options will always be provided.

warm up

Each warm-up is designed to activate the muscle groups being used for the workout. Before we start the warm-up, we will go around and greet each individual.

strength exercises or gymnastics

There is typically a strength or gymnastics segment before the workout of the day (WOD) exposing members to olympic weightlifting, powerlifting or body weight gymnastics movements.

Our CrossFit Seek fitness classes can be modified for each person to help him or her safely get fitter, get stronger & improve flexibility.

cool down and stretch to maintain mobility

We always finish the class off with some stretches and some socialising.
